As an Associate Creative Director at my agency's west coast office, I manage a team of designers in developing thoughtful, creative design concepts, while staying true to the voice of our brands and delivering the quality of work that our clients have come to expect. I'm a pro at communicating with developers and UX designers, which is particularly necessary in our constantly changing arena. I try to inspire my teams to think big, and know when my clients need a little nudge in that direction too. I also know that a project manager is your best friend. At the end of the day, we all want to make work that we are proud of.
